About the site

This site presents BOXAD.’s pizza box advertising service (sole proprietorship, VAT no. 04870820273). The information is for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer.

Proposals and goals

Each proposal states area, duration, total price and the agreed goal. Goals measured with QR codes and coupons are not guarantees of sales or results. Prices, timing and terms apply only if stated in the proposal we send you and that you accept.

Prices and invoicing

BOXAD. operates under the Italian flat-rate regime (regime forfettario) and does not charge VAT on invoices: the amounts stated in the quote are the amounts payable. The invoice carries the wording required by law (Art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014).

Data and studies cited

The study data shown on the site is attributed to the sources indicated. Where a figure is a BOXAD. estimate or concerns another medium (for example direct mail) we say so, and it has not been measured on the boxes.

Ad content

We do not print ads about alcohol, politics or adult content, nor unlawful or misleading content. Every ad is approved by the advertiser and the pizzeria before printing.

Intellectual property

The site’s brand, logo, texts and illustrations belong to BOXAD. Brands in the mockups are fictional and only show the format.

Liability and governing law

We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for errors or interruptions of the site to the extent permitted by law. Italian law applies.
