What data we process

Only the data you enter in the site’s forms (contact request, quote, sample box, pizzeria applications): name, company or pizzeria, email, phone or mobile, postcode and area, message and, for pizzerias, information about box production. For proposal requests, also the sector, area and goal you indicate.

Why and on what basis

We use the data to reply to your request, prepare a quote or assess your application (Art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual measures requested by you). If a relationship starts, we also keep it for tax and accounting legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c). We do not profile, we do not sell data and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

How the forms work

When you submit a form, your device’s email program opens with the message already filled in: the message is sent from your email account to info@boxad.it. The site does not store form data.

Retention

For as long as needed to handle the request. If it does not lead to a contract, no more than 12 months. If a contract is signed, for the periods required by law (normally 10 years for accounting records).

Recipients

The data is seen only by the controller and by any technical providers who process it on our behalf (for example email and hosting), bound by a data processing agreement. We do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area except with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Campaign QR codes

Scans of the QR codes on the boxes are counted in aggregate and anonymously, without personal data. Any destination pages have their own privacy notice.

Cookies and typefaces

The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. To display the typefaces, this version loads them from Google Fonts servers, which receive the visitor’s IP address. [Note for the owner: host the fonts on the site before publication and then delete this sentence.]

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@boxad.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
